| Central State Hospital | 804-524-7000 | Ask for Forensic Admissions. You will access CSH mostly for inmates who have a misdemeanor and/or Felony charge. Depending on the level of the Felony, they will most likely go here. If they have a misdemeanor charge and are not a management problem then you will need to send the inmate to SVMHI. If you have to get a TDO, make sure it is a 'Criminal TDO'. You will also need a copy of the inmates 'Charge Sheet' Central state has a medical unit called Hiram Davis that deals with those inmates/patients with very serious medical issues co-existing with a mental disorder. | |
