the Mental Retardation/Intellectually Disabled (ID) case
management system. The
position provides direct supervision of case managers for the
intellectually disabled in Henry, Franklin, & Patrick
counties. The position is a member of the Community Support
Services Management team. Masters
degree preferred and bachelor’s degree required in a human
services related field (Social work, Psychology, Counseling,
etc.). Demonstrated
knowledge of the principles & practice of case management
services for the intellectually disabled.
Must meet QMRP criteria and have two or more years of
providing supervision within a mental disability services setting.

Needed
on the children’s unit to provide flexible services to court
involved youth. Must
meet QMHCM criteria and have a Bachelor’s degree in a Human
Services field, along with three years experience working with SED
or At-Risk Youth. Suitable
candidate demonstrates knowledge of Child Development, DSM-IV,
behavioral analysis and principles, psychotropic meds, substance
abuse, clinical intervention/theories, CSA, Juvenile Justice
System, Licensure/Medicaid Regulations for CM, and resources.
Ability to work in a collaborative manner with Probation
officers and community agencies is essential.
Salary is commensurate with education & experience as
it relates to the position.

to work in a Psychosocial Services program (Franklin County
Horizons) in Rocky Mount, Va.
Provide transportation for adults with mental illnesses up
to 25 hours per week. Duties
include driving 12 and 15-passenger vans & minor maintenance
checks. Responsible
for transporting clients to and from the PSR program, as well as
van maintenance inspections. High
school diploma or GED required.
Must have a valid driver’s license & good driving
record. Salary:
$8.82 per hour, no benefits.
